FROZEN MEANS FRESH!
We use a high-quality frozen food technology called Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) to preserve the main attributes of our pastas such as texture, taste and nutritional value. This is a method that does not allow large ice crystals to form in the surface. Since each pasta is individually frozen, particles do not cohere, and the final product is not frozen into a solid block. The IQF lets us offer a high-quality product and a long shelf life without the need of additives or preservatives.
Made with 100% Durum Semolina and whole eggs our Egg Nested pastas are made using bronze dyes and stringent production techniques to create the perfect texture and flavor.
