Fresh mozzarella Fior di Latte is made using only FRESH, ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS and following the most traditional cheese making methods that have been passed down from generation to generation.

The result is a delicate luscious clean-flavored with a soft texture and porcelain white appearance.

 This variation of our FRESH, ALL NATURAL mozzarella is considered "egg size" mozzarella and is packaged in purified water with no preservatives or additives. 

This variation of our FRESH, ALL NATURAL mozzarella is shaped into "little bites" that are egg sized. They are semi-soft, white and delicate. 

A variety of Italian dishes can be spruced up by the very sweet and very light butter taste of Bocconcini. Slice them on pizzas or vegetable dishes and broil in an oven until the cheese just starts to melt.

This variation of our FRESH, ALL NATURAL mozzarella is shaped in a braid. Braided mozzarella can be used both for cold and hot recipes. 

Always perfect on its own, accompanied by fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, treccia cheese is also great in salads, pizza or parmigiana or any other Italian dishes.
